Valencia Airbnb registration under VUT rules

Airbnb hosts in València and the Comunitat Valenciana need a valid Registro Turismo VUT number, municipal ICU where required, and SES guest reporting. This guide covers operational readiness only.

Enter your Registro Turismo VUT reference in the registration or license field Airbnb shows for Spain. Use the same number on Booking and other channels. Do not use NRUA after STS 620/2026.

Before you list

Secure favourable ICU, confirm whole-unit rental and 10-night cap rules, and track dossier prepared date in Host Registry before completing regional autoregistro. Note the 5-year inscription expiry for renewal.

Listing display checklist

After VUT is active, confirm the number appears in the listing UI. Toggle displayed on listings in Host Registry per channel.

Host Registry workflow

Use the Valencian playbook, save VUT, configure SES credentials, and use the guest register for Annex I data. Do not route Valencian guests to Mossos.
