Airbnb hosts in Málaga need a valid Registro de Turismo VUT code, municipal confirmations where required, and SES guest reporting. This guide covers operational readiness only.

Enter your Registro de Turismo VUT reference in the registration or license field Airbnb shows for Spain. Use the same number on Booking and other channels. Do not use NRUA after STS 620/2026.

Before you list

Confirm whether new VUT is allowed during the municipal suspension and check PGOU zone proposals for your address. Prepare declaración responsable materials and track dossier prepared date in Host Registry before Junta filing.

After VUT is active, confirm the number appears in the listing UI. Toggle displayed on listings in Host Registry per channel.
