Registration number on Airbnb

After you register on taxedesejour.bordeaux-metropole.fr, paste your municipal number into the field Airbnb shows for France. Use the same number on other channels. Host Registry tracks per-channel display.

90-night cap (primary residence)

Primary residences are capped at 90 furnished tourist nights per year in Bordeaux. Connect iCal in Host Registry. Beyond 90 nights, change-of-use is required except limited règlement exceptions.

Non-primary homes

Taxe de séjour and platforms

Create your Métropole portal account even if Airbnb collects tax. You must still declare on taxedesejour.bordeaux-metropole.fr per the owner guide.
