Choose the correct Bezirk

Applications go to the Bezirksamt for the district where the apartment is located. Confirm the Bezirk in Host Registry before preparing your dossier.

Registration number on listings

Display your Berlin registration number on every Airbnb and OTA listing. Existing numbers remain valid during the delayed EU digital rollout.

EU digital numbers (not live yet)

Do not assume you can obtain a new EU-aligned digital number online today. If you already hold a Berlin number, store it in Host Registry and keep it on listings.
