SES Hospedajes, Mossos & Ertzaintza: Spain guest reporting
Updated: September 2026
In Spain, tourist rental hosts must transmit guest data within 24 hours of arrival. The applicable system depends on the region: SES.HOSPEDAJES for most of the country, Mossos in Catalonia and Ertzaintza in the Basque Country.
SES.HOSPEDAJES (Ministerio del Interior)
The Sistema de Hospedajes (SES) covers most autonomous communities. Annex I data must be submitted via the Ministry of Interior MIR portal within 24h. Glint validates fields and runs SOAP dry-runs by default. Live MIR submission is optional and requires explicit per-property activation.
Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalonia)
In Catalonia, SES does not apply: reporting goes through the Mossos Hotels portal. SES-only tools leave Catalan hosts without integrated coverage, Glint collects Annex I data and exports in the expected format for manual submission.
Ertzaintza (Basque Country)
In the Basque Country (Ertzaintza territory), reporting is handled by Ertzaintza. As in Catalonia, there is no standard public API, Glint prepares data and tracks 24h deadlines.
How Glint helps
Annex I check-in register, due queue with 48h prep window, field validation and fitxa/CSV export. You submit on your region's official portal. Glint does not replace your MIR declarant identity.
