Feeds typically expose dates and a guest label only, so guests still complete the full form via the check-in link.
No. Glint validates guest data and runs dry-run checks by default. Live MIR submission is optional and requires an explicit live mode plus per-property enablement. We never replace your MIR filing identity.
SES.HOSPEDAJES does not apply there. Mossos Hotels covers Catalonia and Ertzaintza covers the Basque Country. SES-only tools leave those hosts behind. Glint collects Annex I data, validates it, exports a fitxa or CSV, and tracks the due queue. You submit on the official portal.
Yes. Glint tracks BDSR CIN for listing compliance under EU 2024/1028 and prepares Alloggiati Web guest schedules (within 24 hours of arrival for stays longer than 24 hours, within 6 hours of arrival for stays of 24 hours or less) with export kits and due queues. CIN and Alloggiati are separate obligations. A Rome city guide covers Roma Capitale SUAR CIA/SCIA, Lazio CIR/CISE, ROSS 1000 and planning checks. We do not submit to government systems automatically.
Yes. Portugal: national RNAL and SIBA guide plus a Lisbon city guide for municipal containment and tourist tax. SIBA boletim for foreign guests within 3 working days. Greece: AMA for listings plus AADE Short-Term Stay Declarations (by the 20th of the month after departure). Croatia: tourist categorisation tracking plus eVisitor check-in and check-out within 24h. In each case Glint prepares export kits and queues. You submit on the official portal.

Yes, for French properties marked as primary residence. Glint counts nights from iCal feeds and manual stays, applies the statutory cap (120) or commune cap (90 in Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Bordeaux; 120 on Nice commune from 1 September 2026), and alerts you before you breach, under Code du tourisme art. L324-1-1.
No. When platforms act as tiers collecteur you must still declare each period on your commune or EPCI portal, often monthly, including €0 months and stays collected via the platform. Glint tracks taxable nights and queues declaration periods. You submit on the official portal. There is no automated filing.
