Compliance is more than a registration number

Between EU Regulation 2024/1028, municipal rules, and police forms for foreign guests, hosts navigate different procedures per city — often across multiple properties.

  • Each city has its own registration tunnels, change-of-use rules, and official forms
  • In Spain, SES.HOSPEDAJES still requires guest reports within 24h of check-in — even after the NRUA annulment
  • France keeps the fiche de police for foreign guests; platforms require valid numbers from May 2026

One compliance cockpit for your portfolio

Glint centralizes guided compliance steps, guest register, Spain SES queue, iCal stay sync, and registration tracking — with a clear next action per property.

  • City playbooks for France and Spain (Madrid, Valencia, Málaga, Barcelona) with regional exceptions
  • Guest register: public Annex I check-in, signature, SES due queue with 48h prep window
  • iCal → stay registry → SES dry-run validation today; live SOAP when you explicitly enable SES_LIVE

Frequently asked questions

Does Glint file compliance steps at the mairie for me?+

No. Glint does not replace local authorities — it guides you through compliance tunnels, links official forms and rules, and helps you track numbers, guest register, and listings.

Which cities have guided compliance steps?+

Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Bordeaux, and Nice have full guided tunnels with primary vs secondary residence branching. Other French and EU cities use adaptable templates.

What is the guest register?+

In France, hosts must collect a police form (fiche de police) for foreign guests. Glint provides a public link or QR, signature capture, 6-month retention, and CSV or print export.

What is Regulation (EU) 2024/1028?+

In force since 20 May 2026, this regulation requires hosts to obtain a registration number and platforms to verify it. In France, keep your municipal number until the national API Meublés portal opens (expected Q4 2026). Glint tracks both regimes and helps you prepare for the transition.

Can I archive a property without losing data?+

Yes. Archiving removes the property from your active portfolio and plan limit while keeping compliance steps, guest register, and history. Restore in one click.

Does Glint submit SES.HOSPEDAJES reports live by default?+

No. Glint validates guest data and runs dry-run SOAP checks today. Live MIR submission requires SES_LIVE=true and explicit per-property enablement. We never replace your MIR filing identity.

What about Catalonia and the Basque Country?+

SES.HOSPEDAJES does not apply in Catalonia or the Basque Country — regional systems (Mossos, Basque tourism) apply instead. Glint shows a clear notice and does not pretend to submit SES in those regions.
